I help beginner women over 40 discover strength, clarity, and confidence through gentle, wholistic yoga.

With over 30 years of personal practice, seven years of teaching, and over 55 years of life experience, I recognise the fears, excuses, and self-doubt that can hold us back.

My approach is supportive, realistic, and rooted in functional movement and mindfulness. I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and build a sustainable practice—at your own pace.

If you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, you’ve found a safe, encouraging space to start.
